Though you’re welcome to provide your own meals for AUSfolk, quality
stalls and restaurants will be operating for the duration of the convention.
Samples of their menus are below - most items range from $5 to $30.
Wine and quality beverages will be available in two licensed bars.

FAA before June 2010. Proof of registration required -

*For employees of companies employing more than
20 people, and local, state and federal government
Tertiary Student or Under 21’s
*Tertiary delegates are required to be enrolled full time and
provide a copy of their student card upon arrival.
*Under 21s must provide proof of age upon arrival.
Group bookings of four or more will attract a 15% discount. Group student discounts

Tent City Single - pre-erected tent including bed
and linen (in addition to cost of registration).
Tent City Double - pre-erected tent including bed
and linen (in addition to cost of registration).
There is a $5.50 booking fee for each transaction, which may include several ticket
purchases and a 1.75% credit card fee on the transaction total. For ticket enquiries

CONDITIONS FOR SITE ENTRY
• AUSfolk bracelets must be worn at all times. Any person found without a valid
bracelet will be fned and removed from the site
• Illegal drugs will not be tolerated
• Defnitely no pets
• This is a licensed event - BYO alcohol will NOT be permitted on site.
• The programme is subject to change.
• We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or liability for theft, loss or injury
(even resulting in loss of life) on this site under any circumstances. Attendance at
the festival and camping/caravanning or parking is at own risk.
• AUSfolk registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• QFF have the irrevocable right to use any photos, flm or other recording taken of
people or things whilst attending QFF for any marketing, promotional or other QFF
• Copyright – sound/video recordings of performances cannot be made without
prior written consent of the festival. Photographs taken at the festival cannot be
published without prior consent of the QFF.
• Any criminal activity onsite will result in prosecution and a ban from the site.
AUSfolk gates open on Thursday 2nd September at 12 midday. You will need to visit
Registration on arrival on site to receive a wristband and directions to accommodation/
camping. The AUSfolk wristband must be worn at all times.
The conference registration will be open from 12 midday - 10pm on Thursday and 7am
- 10pm on the Friday and Saturday. The following services will be provided:

~ Chicken Curry Kapitan - Tantalising Captain’s curry served with potato

FLASH FELLA DUCK MENU
~ Warm semolina sultana pudding served with yoghurt honey banana

cheese basil and grilled Turkish bread
~ Bacon sausage grilled tomato fried eggs roasted mushroom hash
brown with tomato relish and grilled Turkish bread
~ Poached eggs plus bearnaise sauce on grilled Turkish bread with your
choice of Spinach, Smoked Salmon or Bacon
~ Grilled kangaroo rump and caramelised onion tart with beetroot puree
and balsamic syrup (served rare)
~ BBQ duck with sweet soy glaze bean shoots in a spring onion
